Documents Required for the Applicant

• Copy of your passport, including all pages with blank pages included
• Birth certificate of parents (translated into Greek and apostilled)
• 4 recent photographs (color, size 4×6, frameless, white background, on a CD)
• Private health insurance
• Government fees (with payment receipts)
• Power of Attorney for application and follow-up (issued within the last 3 months from a Greek Consulate or notary in Turkey)
